  • Complete reference checks
  • Arrange signing of our custom tenancy agreement by both parties
  • Collect first month' s rent and deposit on your behalf
  • Complete photographic inventory and condition report
  • Arrange utility transfer, RTB registration, and set up of standing order for your rent

Handover

Arrange move in and key handover with your new tenants.

If your property is also being managed by us, we will give the tenant contact details for their Property Manager.
