We've been working with Aoife since before she was at H&L, and we've been very happy with the level of service and outcomes.  She is very responsive on email, and always available for a call.  She's been quick to find replacement tenants when needed, and is very knowledgeable about the Dublin market and real estate laws and tax regulations, which has been very valuable to us as overseas clients. Their maintenance team are quick and reasonable to keep on top of repairs and the 6 monthly checks are great peace of mind for us as landlords. I would recommend Alan & his team to others.
