Marcia has over 18 years' experience working in the Dublin Property market. During this period she has played a key role in providing support for the various sectors of the lettings business - in particular, a constant familiarisation with the most up to date rental legislation so that Landlords' contracts and obligations are always up to date. Marcia’s other expertise includes dealing with finances, liaising between tenants and landlords and directing maintenance to be carried out when necessary.
