Making an Offer
Once you find your perfect property you can make an offer directly from the listing on our site or by contacting the agent directly. Let us know if there any special conditions of the offer and we’ll communicate this to the landlord.
Offer Agreed
If your offer is accepted, your landlord’s agent will organise the following:
- Collection of references
- Arrange Your Tenancy Agreement
- Collect your 1st month’s rent and deposit
- Arrange key handover and move in information
Handover
The landlord’s agent can now give you the keys for your move in. Congrats!
